Robert and Sarah's Wedding

Cathy and Robert have known each other for their whole lives.  Their parents were friends in college.  Unfortunately, Cathy's parents and sister were not able to attend, so Cathy and Kirk were here to represent!

Our headed out all dressed up selfie.

The wedding was on the Gonzaga University campus in St. Aloysious Catholic Church.  It was a really beautiful church with stunning stained glass windows, but we did not take pictures during the ceremony.
The church.
I spent a long time trying to get a picture of the happy couple together, and this was the best I could do.  I loved, loved, loved Sarah's dress!  The colored belts are such an adorable style.
The happy couple.
Their wedding buffet was really nice, and they had a beautiful cake!  We loved the flamingo cake topper.  It was also a pretty good cake- Kirk and I had chocolate with mint icing.

Cute topper!

Real flowers on the tables!

Table favors.
We were at the best table, where we met Michel and her husband Patrick.  They were a hoot!  We plan on keeping in touch with the glory of Facebook.  It's nice to meet another cake loving, Scion Xb owning couple. :) They're also headed out to Peru soon with the same tour company we used. They are going to have such a great time! (For real.  Everyone stop what they are doing and go to Peru immediately.  It was such a great trip!)

Sarah and Robert had their own photo booth built by Robert.  They had a whole table of props and it was so fun!

The photo booth Robert built- hit the green button and strike a pose!

We also did the Grand March.  If you've have never done a Grand March, here's a video.  It is not the one at the wedding, but the haute moves are the same!

The reception ended too soon.  Before we left, we got a shot of Cathy's parents' friends. (Did we get that punctuation correct?  That's a lot of apostrophes.)

Kathleen and Jim

All in all, a great day!  Congratulations to Robert and Sarah!
